Returns & Refunds

If any goods are damaged prior to arrival, we will happily offer to refund of replace your item(s).

In order to qualify for a for a refund or replacement due to damage, you will need to:

  1. Contact us within 24hrs of delivery
  2. The goods already be damaged when your parcel is opened
  3. Provide appropriate photos/video/a description showing how your goods have been damaged

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Changes of mind or not liking the flavour are ineligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
